All our garments are sent 24 signed within the UK. Someone will need to sign for it. If you aren't at home when delivery is attempted you can re arrange delivery online with the "whilst you were out" card that the royal mail will have left for you. Delivery usually takes 24-48 hours after dispatch (not after you have made payment).

Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.

Undelivered Item

If your item comes back to us for any reason such as addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer will be responsible for the process of getting the item resent again.

Please do not sign for and accept the item if you find the seal has been opened or the packaging is damaged. We can't accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted. Please contact us immediately if the item you have received is damaged and we will do our utmost to rectify the issue.

Returns We will accept returns on all our products including faulty items within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If you change your mind for any reason, or in the unlikely event of the product being faulty, damaged or significantly different to the description, you can send the item back for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Any damaged or faulty items, the postage costs will be covered by us, in all other circumstances the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.

When returning an item because you have changed your mind, the item must be unused and must be in resellable condition once returned back to us.

It is your responsibility to repack the item carefully and send it back to us.
