*Returns-I accept returns on all my items!!! Please just send me a message and let me know you would like to return the item you purchased and the reason. I just ask you return the item within 14 days of purchase, and in the exact same condition you received it in.    It's that simple!

*Colors on your monitor may vary, please do not open a case against me because the color does not look the same when it arrives. I use my iPhone or iPad to list items on eBay and depending on the lighting/flash/megapixels the color may be off slightly.  

*Sizing Issues are not considered Not As Described. I try to list measurement for most items. Please check against your own measurements and compare to ensure a proper fit.    Measurements are approximate and may be off slightly.    If I do not list the measurements please do not hesitate to ask!

*Items that are purchased as Preowned are just that. Please do not expect a new product when you are buying used. The condition of all preowned items is listed in the condition section of the listing. Please check there for any flaws, wear, holes, stains, etc.  

*Items may arrive wrinkled from shipment. Unfortunately I cannot control this, but I do my best to package your new purchase professionally and ensure it will arrive undamaged.   I try to ship items the way I have listed them i.e. Priority Mail vs. First Class but sometimes I send them a different way-if you need the item for a certain date please let me know and I will see if I can ship it to arrive the fastest way for you without breaking the bank for me.

*Not As Described Cases-If you feel I have misrepresented an item Please contact me first and give me the opportunity to correct the problem. I am human and may have made a mistake, which is why I would like to be able to fix it for you.
